Through filters, high-pressure ball valves and high-pressure emergency shut-off valves, the compressed natural gas (below 22Mpa)enters the primary heat exchanger, in which the gas is heated and adjusted to 0.7-1.2Mpa; then reduced to 0.2-0.4MPa through the secondary heat exchanger and regulator (if a lower outlet pressure is required, then three-stage decompression is needed), forced into the flowmeter for metering. All pressure, temperature and emergency shutoff valves at all levels in the decompression station are interlocked with the central control system.
