The 45 Feet ISO Tank adopts both GB and American double standards in design and manufacturing, it has special equipment manufacturing supervision and inspection certificate and relevant classification society certification can meet the requirements of highway, sea, railway and combined transportation.

The LNG ISO Tank does not need to be reloaded midway, which mean enable directly delivery of natural gas from terminal to end users, the one tank delivery has further reduce operation cost.

LNG ISO tank is suitable for “storage and transportation” thus give strong flexibility, low cost and standardization. In this way, it has irreplaceable advantages over other transportation modes, it also encourage small and medium LNG users, promoting full utilization of resources.

LNG ISO Tank Comparative advantages against LNG Tanker Trucks

The service life is 20 years, which is twice the service life of ordinary LNG tanker, with higher cost performance.

The maximum allowable loading mass is 21 tons, the same as the loading capacity of the tanker.

The cold preservation time is 90 days,

Shorten the logistics time. The LNG ISO tank can be quickly unloaded, increasing the annual transportation times thus reducing the logistics cost.

LNG ISO tank require smaller number of prime mover trucks, for large number of tanks, this mean save driver cost.

The truck chassis is flexible and changeable, to transport LNG ISO tanks or other dangerous containers.

The operation control box, filling ports, valves and instruments are all centralized to the rear of the tank box, which is not only convenient to operate but also realizes the rapid loading and unloading capacity of LNG.

The tractor and Skeletal Truck can be separated to increase the utilization rate of the haulage vehicle.
